When online CFD trading was popularised a few years ago, the mass retail market wasn’t necessarily aware of what it entails to trade on an unreliable platform. However, as the online trading market became more mature, traders demanded execution stability and broker integrity. Even new traders became quickly familiar with the term “slippage” and “requotes”.
cTrader has achieved 100% uptime over the past seven years and a 3ms internal processing time. It can support 150,000 concurrent online users without any effect on the trading experience.
TopFX streams aggregated liquidity from Tier-1 institutions. We manage orders through Smart Routing, an automated process that allows us to access multiple trading venues simultaneously in search of the best price available. We have worked to create a low latency price stream, ensuring that clients will receive optimal execution, without gaps, downtime or spikes.

2. TopFX and cTrader key features and common mission
Brokers often struggle with live accounts that have zero trading activity or clients that put a few trades and then abandon the platform and the broker. If their execution and trading conditions are right, then they may need to improve the overall trading environment and offer better tools to traders.
The new, revamped cTrader is a platform that allows traders to trade manually, copy trade and algo trade via one interface. The manual trading mode, which can be accessed by clicking the“Trade” button, offers detailed symbol information, market sentiment data, advanced chart types, multiple timeframes and a wide selection of technical analysis indicators. Traders can easily place and modify their orders directly on the chart through drag and drop, set Advanced Protection and choose their trigger methods. cTrader has also a Copy and an Automate function. Copiers can follow top traders and Strategy Providers can share their strategy charging three types of fees. Automate allows traders to use cBots to trade or script their own algorithmic systems.
For brokers who want to include additional tools in their offering, TopFX partnered with ClickAlgo, an automated trading systems software developer. ClickAlgo converts Expert Advisors to cBots and it’s especially useful if a broker looks to target algo traders. Last, TopFX offers brokers Autochartist as part of the All-in-One package, a leading pattern recognition software that is now integrated with cTrader and enables traders to follow signals with the click of a button.
