TOPFX is an Investment Firm, specializing in Prime Brokerage Services. We are looking for reliable B2B Country Managers across Asia and MENA regions to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Growing an extensive portfolio of B2B clients and meet targets set by Management.
  • Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
  • Strategically develop your business focusing on tied agents, provision of customer support per country of activity, establishment of community care via different networks and channels and manage the entire cycle of business.
  • Leading tender campaigns, prospecting, meeting clients and delivering presentations.
  • Building solid relationships with a wide variety of institutional clients.
  • Manage and execute the business development strategy and implement tactical plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations.
  • Inform clients about the Company’s institutional services and respond to all relevant issues and requests in the best way.
  • Retain, support, and make sure that existing clients are receiving high quality service that would keep them active.
  • Keep track of the progress and the effectiveness of the strategy adopted and monitor competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results.
  • Updating senior management.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales with at least one year in Forex industry
  • Institutional (B2B) background and familiarity with trading platforms and liquidity services will be considered as an advantage.
  • Ability to negotiate additional business partnerships outside of contractual agreements.
  • Native or good knowledge of local languages. English speaker at professional level.
  • Excellent knowledge of FX markets and products,
  • Very strong verbal and written communication, teamwork and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of cultural differences, and institutional (B2B) penetration in countries in Asia, Africa, Middle East and Europe.
  • Self-motivated, willingness to prospect new clients independently.
